The Eleventh Annual Tumbleweed Festival, will be held August 24 - 25 at the
Lee Richardson Zoo featuring Roxspur, 91 Cents, Measure X Measure, Shadow Creek, TurpinTyme Ragsters, Frank Mantooth with Lisa Henry, Piper Leigh, Tom May, GlenRoad, Bill Mize, Lippincotts, and Barry Ward
on two stages. With a variety of
activities for the whole family, this festival which runs from 10 - 8 on
Saturday and 12 - 6 on Sunday is Garden City's finest Family Event.
Buttons, good for both days, are $5 advance and $6 for adults, $1 for
children at the gate. Bring your lawn chairs and blankets for a
wonderful time. Concessions will be available on grounds. No coolers
allowed, please.
